BlueCat Core Values – Collaboration Award 2020 – Key player in pulling team together to help pull in the largest sales deal to date.
This took 2 years of intense work with sales and the customer to win a 14 million dollar deal competing against 2 of our biggest competitors.
BlueCat Bulldog Award – 2023 – Powering through development of many training videos for multiple releases of adaptive applications and support of PM work with Engineering. With multiple releases due at the same time that I was the PM for, I had to create many training videos within a month’s time in order for all of the support staff and customers to be prepared for the updates. I was nominated by the training group and won based on that work.
